Simone: What? Liza: What's going on with Kendall? Tad: All I know is-- Mia: All he knows is-- Tad: What a friend of mine at the airport told me. Mia: Some mistaken, ridiculous French woman said that Kendall got on a place with Michael Cambias to Vegas. Simone: What? Tad: [To Aidan] Can I talk to you a second? [Tad and Aidan go to another part of the room to talk; Liza, Simone, and Mia contine talking amongst themselves.] [Liza walks up to Tad.] Liza: Tad, can you believe this Veronique? Tad: Yeah, we were close once. Liza: Well -- I mean, Tad, it can't possibly be right. I mean Michael Cambias and Kendall leaving for-- Tad: Hey, all right, fine. I'll get on the phone again and see if there's any way that she could've made a mistake, all right? Liza: Well, have I annoyed you? Tad: Just, you know, wee. [Liza rolls her eyes and turns back to talk to Mia and Simone. Tad calls his friend.] Tad: Veronique, look, I know it's a pain, but I got some friends here who are pretty anxious about Kendall Hart, so could you look in the computer again just to double check that information for me? I'd really appreciate it. [Everyone waits.] Yeah? Kendall Hart? No, that's great. Terrific. Good work. [He hangs up.] Kendall's on her way home. Simone: From Vegas? Mia: She's coming back? Tad: Trans-Air flight 81. Mia: When does it land? Tad: Tonight. I'm going to be there to meet her. Simone: Yeah, I'm coming, too. Mia: Okay, let's go. Liza: Wait a minute. Where are -- you guys aren't going anywhere. We've got work to do. Mia: But if Kendall needs us, then... Simone: Yeah, how can we find out-- Liza: Tad will get the information. We'll hear about it in the morning. Come on, we need to run some ideas about what we're going to do with our contest winner. Simone: Okay, okay, fine. Mia: All right, fine. Kendall can just wait until tomorrow. Tad: [To Aidan] Shall we? Aidan: Let's. [Tad and Aidan leave. Simone and Mia make up excuses to leave. Liza realizes what they're doing and gives up and goes with them to the airport.] [At the airport. Liza, Simone, and Mia arrive at the gate where Tad and Aidan are waiting. Anna and David arrive at the same time.] Simone: I think he's over there. Mia: There he is. Simone: There's Tad. Aidan. Hey. Aidan: Hey. Anna: What are you doing here? How did you know? Aidan: Oh, Tad had a -- Tad's got a French connection. Anna: Okay. I don't want anyone interfering with police business. Simone: Why is it police business? Mia: What has Kendall done? Simone: She hasn't done anything. I mean, if she did do something, it-- Liza: I think that's her plane. Simone: Oh. Do you see her? Mia: I don't see her. Do you see her? Simone: There she is. Excuse me. [To Kendall] Hey! What are you doing, girl? Mia: Why didn't you tell us you were going to Vegas? Simone: Yeah, and who'd you go to Vegas with? Come on. Mia: Well? Simone: Vegas? Mia: Why? Kendall: Well, do you guys remember the bet we made-- Simone: Yes. Kendall: About who would nab their dream guy first? Simone: No. Mia: You found your dream guy in Vegas? Anna: Hello, Kendall. Kendall: Hey, Anna. Anna: Hi. Kendall: This looks official. Anna: Yes. I want to ask you a few questions about the disappearence of Michael Cambias. If you would come with us. Kendall: No, actually, I can answer your questions right here. Simone: What, you know about Michael's whereabouts? Mia: Did you do something to Michael? Kendall: I sure did. I married him.
